Low-Cost Grooming Community Program
We understand that we are currently living through very trying times… we know, we’re here too! Food is going up, gas has been up, taxes, basic needs, etc… We have 3 kids, and we feel it as well. But we believe it’s our responsibility to do as much good as we can within our capabilities, no matter how small: change starts within the home, and within the small, local businesses as well! For those reasons, we are trying to help our local Bandera community by offering a low-cost grooming option for all Bandera county residents that have dogs in need of grooming. All services are 50% off on the last Friday of the month, by appointment only. Because of the limited spots available that day, to get a grooming spot, the interested person must apply for themselves or for the person and pup they would like to help out.

Luxury Grooming
Expecting basic service from your rural “pet groomers”? Drop those low expectations at the door. We are NOT just groomers: we are Certified Canine Stylists and Pet Wellness Professionals with multiple titles, certifications, and we specialize in Holistic grooming and complex skin solutions. We offer both Mobile and On-Site 1-on-1 grooming appointment!
Boarding & Daycare
No tiny runs or uncomfortable crates for your best friend… Texan dogs deserve Texas-size space! Our luxury apartments consist of an interior private room with a doggy door to a personal 6×8 porch and a 12×16 front yard. There’s also a play area for them to play ball, climb a tower, go through a tunnel or just sun bathe and enjoy!
Holistic Solutions
As Canine Stylists and Pet Wellness Professionals, we offer different Holistic solutions aimed at aiding your pet’s skin, joints and general wellness issues. We are certified Holistic professionals in Massage therapy, Microbubble therapy, Pet Health Coaching and own specialized equipment for different types of treatments, including Thera-Clean Microbubble, Cold Laser Therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, etc.

Andrea Sleeper
Titles & Certification: Certified PG, AHPP, Certified GSH, AKC SAFE, FFG, Certified CMT, HPHC
Andrea has over 10 years of experience in the Grooming Industry and is specialized in Holistic Grooming Solutions for Dermatological, Neuromuscular and Neurological issues. She has a BS in Applied Biological Sciences, is a Veterinary Technician, and has other pet businesses, such as the Grooming Academy of Texas, the Dog Owner Grooming School and The Horse & the Hound: Animal Holistic Wellness.
Allan Sleeper
Titles & Certifications: CGSH, CPP, Certified EMP & Certified CLAT
Allan has over 20 years of experience in the Grooming Industry and over 25 years of Equine care experience. He is specialized in Holistic Wellness solutions, including cold-laser, massage and Microbubble therapies for Neuromuscular, Neurological, Muscular and Dermatological issues. Together with his wife, Andrea, owns other pet businesses such as the Grooming Academy of Texas, the Dog Owner Grooming School and The Horse & the Hound: Animal Holistic Wellness.
Gustavo Aragon
Titles & Certifications: CGSH
Gustavo started this endeavor only to try to help his niece, Andrea, with the care and supervision of the pets that come in for boarding and daycare to the Medina resort. He quickly grew fond of his job and learned how to properly and safely communicate, handle and take care of dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs and other homestead animals.
Alexis Aragon
Titles & Certifications: CPP, CGSH, Certified PPG
Alexis decided to take the Grooming Academy of Texas course in 2021 to become a Professional Pet Groomer with the goal of going back to his hometown and finding a job. He quickly fell in love with Medina, living and working with family members, and decided to stay instead! He is now a Groomer and resort caretaker.
